Philip Friebel is a senior consultant and international trainer with more than 16 years of experience in working with globally operating corporates, spin-offs, startups and SMEs. He is partnering with organizations around the globe and support them with training, analysis, strategy and policy development, innovation and process improvement initiatives with best practice frameworks and international standards. The focus of his work is on all aspects of innovation management systems, which includes strategy development, process design, networking, and matchmaking for innovators (companies, research consortia, individuals) as well as knowledge transfer workshops and trainings. He also completed the Innovation Readiness Series from the IC2 Institute, of the University of Texas at Austin, USA. Philip Friebel completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training by Dräxlmaier Group (Automotive). His trainings and seminars include instruction on topics such as Lean Management, International Marketing, and Innovation Management.
